What you'll do as a Call Center Reservations Representative: Handle inbound and outbound calls from Westgate Resorts owners in a high-volume call center environment Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally Assist owners with booking, canceling, and modifying reservations Explain timeshare ownership benefits, account details, and vacation package options Process external exchange requests and promote Vacation Guard Travel Protection Maintain accurate call documentation and meet performance goals for quality and efficiency Collaborate with your team to enhance guest experience and sales performance Qualifications High school diploma or general education (GED) required Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Excellent communication, listening, and multitasking skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for customer satisfaction Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Additional Information Why Westgate?
