As a Call Center Sales Advisor – International, a typical day will include: Making outbound calls to international members to renew, upgrade, or reinstate memberships Presenting membership options and ancillary travel products Educating members on how to maximize their Interval International benefits Overcoming objections while maintaining a professional, positive approach Meeting weekly revenue goals aligned to incentive programs Navigating multiple systems accurately while managing live sales conversations Member Experience and Company Standards Interact with members and colleagues professionally and respectfully Contribute to individual and team performance goals Maintain confidentiality of member and company information Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards To become a Call Center Sales Advisor – International Sales at Interval International: Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and perform light physical activity Comfort navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
