We are currently looking for Sales Call Center Concierge Agents Mexico to join our ResortCom family! Position Overview: Are you passionate about sales and delivering exceptional service? Join our elite team as a Bilingual Concierge Sales Agent, where you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our members and guests. In this role, you’ll engage with clients to customize and secure their dream vacations, acting as their personal consultant and final touchpoint before they embark on their getaway. As a Concierge Sales Agent, you'll leverage your sales expertise to make outbound calls, convert leads into bookings, and educate clients about our luxurious resorts and services. Your goal is to exceed sales targets while providing top-notch, personalized service. This is a high-energy role designed for motivated, confident professionals who thrive on achieving goals and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales: Make outbound sales calls to existing members, focusing on confirming their travel plans and converting leads into bookings. Personal Concierge Service: Act as a personal consultant for assigned clients, tailoring vacation packages to their preferences and needs. Educate and Advise: Provide detailed information on resort amenities, activities, products, and services to enhance the client’s vacation experience. Manage Leads: Efficiently handle and follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective communication. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, demonstrating your sales acumen and drive. Maintain Knowledge: Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and resort offerings to provide accurate and effective assistance. Process Transactions: Handle payments for bookings and ensure accurate data entry. Adaptability: Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on business needs. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals and operations. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $20,000 Pesos monthly base salary + performance-based monthly bonus. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including weekends and weekdays. Preferred Qualifications: • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional languages like French, Portuguese, or Italian are a plus). • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Data Entry Experience: Experience with data entry and CRM systems.
