• Lead & Motivate a team of 8–12 sales representatives making outbound calls to warm leads
• Coach in real-time to improve pitch, closing techniques, and script compliance
• Monitor KPIs including call volume, conversions, and revenue performance
• Conduct daily huddles, sales contests, and one-on-one coaching
• Report performance trends and provide feedback to upper management
• Maintain a fun, competitive, and goal-oriented team environment
