Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and inquiries. Provide accurate information about our services, products, and policies. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance customer satisfaction. Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution. Stay informed about company offerings and updates to effectively assist customers. Previous experience in call center support or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain patient under pressure. Basic computer skills for logging calls and navigating software systems. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and empathetic personality, committed to delivering excellent customer service. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
