Position: Call Center Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the call center team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer service.

Handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Monitor incoming and outgoing calls, inquiries, and bookings.

Ensure customer appointments and inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.

Train, coach, and motivate call center staff to achieve performance targets.

Prepare and monitor daily and monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with salon branches and other departments regarding customer concerns and bookings.

Ensure company policies, procedures, and customer service standards are followed.

Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.

Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations professionally.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Experience in the beauty, salon, hospitality, or customer service industry is an advantage
