We’re in search of an experienced Call Center Virtual Assistant to join this team and help maintain the standard of excellence for which we’re known. This position must be staffed by an individual who is business development oriented and works well with people. We ask that you have a strong customer service background and possess the ability to screen potential client calls. You will ensure operational excellence and handle a large volume of incoming client calls. We're looking for candidates who have experience in call centers. This position will often be the first line of contact for potential clients. Responsibilities Screen telephone calls before transferring to the assigned legal team. Persistently monitor all incoming calls, and update our system. Follow up on missed calls. Follow up with pending inquiries. Take accurate notes. Write emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and create spreadsheets. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency. 1-2 years of customer service experience. Strong background in performance-based metrics. Case Management software experience is a major plus. Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise. Customer service attitude.
