Description Job Summary The Communication Center Specialist serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls and messages, ensuring timely communication and smooth coordination across departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining excellent client relations and supporting case management operations. Key Responsibilities Answer and route all incoming calls for Case Management, Main Office, and MMU departments. Transfer urgent calls and send messages to the appropriate personnel. Support documentation processes including photocopying, scanning, and filing. Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism with all clients and coworkers. Collaborate closely with on-duty nurse case managers. Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
