Are you commercially minded, proactive, and confident engaging with people?
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our Sales Team — someone who combines strong customer service skills with commercial awareness and initiative.
As a key member of our front-line team, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers enquiring about our commercial spaces.
Whether it’s via phone, web chat, or email - you’ll provide a seamless, professional, and friendly experience while helping businesses find the right space for their needs.
We are looking for someone who can work for 25 - 30 hours over at least 4 days a week. Salary is pro-rated based on a 37.5 hour week dependant on hours.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, web chat, and email, delivering prompt, informative, and engaging communication.
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with units that will help their business thrive.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries and customer interactions.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks including booking viewings and updating internal systems.
  • Working closely with internal and external teams to improve knowledge of the business.
