We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Call Centre Agents to join our team.
You will be responsible for setting appointments for our field representatives to meet with potential clients, selling telecoms solutions.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our sales team and help drive company growth.

• Competitive Salary: £23,000 basic annual salary with uncapped commission potential
• Uncapped Earnings: Monthly commission between £2,500 and £8,000, based on your performance

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills: Confident and persuasive on the phone
• Drive and ambition: Money-motivated and target-focused
• Self-motivated: Able to work efficiently and manage your time effectively
• Previous experience: Call centre or telesales experience is a plus, but not essential
• Team player: You’ll work closely with our field reps and other departments
