ABOUT THE ROLE
Function: Contact Centre Agent
Contract: Permanent
Location: Trencherfield Mill, Heritage Way, Wigan WN3 4BN
Hours of work: Various shifts - Monday to Sunday between 07:45 and 21:00
Pay: Under 21 - £10.45, Over 21 - £12.25 + Bonus Structure
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Contact Centre Agent allows Interact to provide services to our clients and customers, you will be managing inbound and outbound calls for our clients, these are sales calls providing telecommunication products and services.
· Answering calls promptly and professionally in line with our client’s brand values
· Exceeding client sales and cross sell targets through exceptional customer service, actively listening to customers’ concerns and offering appropriate solutions
· Assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing and account management
· Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
· Ensuring customer satisfaction on all calls
