PERSONAL MOVE ASSISTANT

Location: Colchester, Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday shift pattern)
Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, web chats, and emails.
  • Registering client details and coordinating with in-branch teams for property viewings.
  • Scheduling property valuations.
  • Handling administrative tasks, including data input and support for our branch network.
  • Working collaboratively with your team to maintain exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
