Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with general enquiries and provide accurate product or service information. Resolve customer issues using a calm, helpful, and solution-focused approach. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and actions taken. Follow company scripts, processes, and service standards. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team member where needed. Work towards daily and weekly performance targets. Support the wider team in improving customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly and professionally across phone, email, or internal systems. Participate in training and feedback sessions to develop your customer service skills. Qualifications and Experience No previous call centre experience is required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong verbal communication skills. Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Comfortable speaking to people over the phone. Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems. Good attention to detail when recording customer information. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns. Must have a reliable laptop or computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
