Position: Self-Employed Review Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes office hub (with remote working option after 3–6 weeks of compliance)
Hours: 2 late shifts per week (until 7 pm)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a Review Advisor, Customer Service, Account Management, or Telesales role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Basic IT skills to use CRM systems effectively.
  • Flexibility to work two late shifts per week (until 7 pm) and two weekend days of your choice per month.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Self-Employed Review Advisors.
This role is all about reviewing existing client policies, ensuring customers still have the right cover for their needs, and identifying opportunities for improvements or additional protection.
You’ll start with 3–6 weeks in our Milton Keynes office hub for training and compliance, after which you can move to fully remote working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to existing customers to review their current policies.
  • Ensure clients are on the best cover for their needs and budget.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Provide clear explanations of policy features and changes.
  • Spot opportunities for policy upgrades or additional products.
  • Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive team environment.
