Job description
We are currently looking for Call Centre Team members to work within our busy, mail order fulfilment Centre up until the end of the 2nd week of December.
Pay rate for successful applicants aged 21 and over is £12.25 per hour.

The Call Centre role requires the ability to:

  • Accurately process mail and telephone orders from our client’s customers.
  • Deal with enquiries from customers.
  • Follow the correct internal admin procedures.

We are looking to recruit people who:

  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Are able to process data capture with high levels of accuracy and speed
  • Work well in a small team.

Applicants will be articulate, numerate & ideally will have had similar customer service experience although this is not essential.
Applicants must be able to work full time, Monday - Friday from September up until the end of the 1st week of December. The Call Centre work hours are from 8:30am- 5:00pm.
