Roles and Responsibilities of Call Centre Automation Specialist:

• Support the Manager in enhancing service quality and efficiency across call centres by conducting audits on calls, emails, and patient feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and automation through technology adoption.
• Drive the implementation and utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Maintain structured documentation of call centre workflows and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline operations.
• Participate in workgroups to drive innovation and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Experience in UiPath
