BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CALL CENTRE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Group Operations Director

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the call centre. This role will focus on expanding our client base, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting our full range of emergency call outs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering tailored service solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within Nottingham and surrounding areas
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across a range of sectors
  • Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and use CRM tools to track engagement
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and business forums in the Nottingham region
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in call centres/facilities management or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Clean UK driving licence (local travel required)
