We’re looking for an experienced and driven Call Centre Manager to lead the operational performance and strategic delivery of their nationwide call centre. If you’re passionate about excellence, team leadership, and streamlining customer services, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
About the Role:
As Call Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of 3 support centres, overseeing key administrative functions such across a few business functions.
