  • Call Centre Experience
  • Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (able to work on weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channel eg emails
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes emails
  • Proper recording of conversation with customer in the CRM system
  • Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by the management
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 1 year of Call Centre experience
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work on weekend (Will have some weekend off)

  • Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Day Work Week (including weekends)
  • Location: CBD
  • Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
