Responsibilities

Answering incoming carpark’s intercom and general phone calls to customer’s inquiry
Identify and escalate any carpark issue
Provide information to customers for any carparks details like pricing, availability etc
Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root of the problem
Monitoring the CCTV cameras
Ad hoc duties assigned by superior and managers
