We have an exciting opportunity for anCall Centre (Omnichannel) & Customer Relations Manager to join our vibrant Club Med Pacific team! Based in our Sydney CBD office with flexible working arrangements, this role is perfect for someone passionate about creating seamless and premium customer journeys.
You’ll lead and optimise our omni channel strategy across Direct, Indirect, and Online sales channels while aligning the Pacific Call Centre with Club Med’s global excellence standards. From enhancing processes to rolling out innovative tools, your focus will be on driving conversion, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
