Experience:

• Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries in a professional manner.
• Be able to work as part of a team

• Flexible & adaptable
• Clear and Concise telephone manner
• Book appointments for customers journeys, by telephone and email
• Confident working on a computer
