OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center person, ideally with some sort of call centre experience, we generate social media leads of which need calling back and answer any questions to there enquiry, no selling envolved. we Deal with military claims.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
