JOB SUMMARY:

As an Advisor, you will need to be confident on the phone, showcasing an ability to connect with customers; explaining key benefits and building rapport during a consultative conversation.
As an Advisor you will effectively handle inbound and make outbound telephone calls to promote the products and services of Lifetime Legal and associated partners, input data efficiently and accurately and deliver sales targets/KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • To accurately record all required customer information on CRM system.
  • To accurately complete all customer administration of their files and records
  • To meet all specified sales and productivity targets and measures
  • Identify all opportunities to sell existing or new products to customers.
  • Maximise every upsell / cross – sale / data capture opportunity.
  • Continually develop sales and customer service skills.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service at all points of contact with Lifetime Legal as prescribed in the relevant QA process.
  • To resolve customer complaints at the first point of contact where possible.
  • Display and promote a professional attitude in the workplace and in doing so give this impression of Lifetime Legal and associated partners to all customers and prospects.
  • To represent Lifetime Legal in a positive and highly professional light to all third parties including estate Agents, strategic partners, and Solicitors.
  • To provide constructive and positive feedback to business introducers.
  • To ensure customers are always contacted and followed up at prescribed or agreed dates and times.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance effective working relationships within your own team and wider departments.
  • Contribute to own monthly 121, coaching sessions & team meetings.
  • Display a will to further own professional development.
  • To seek to understand the needs of other functions within Lifetime Legal and how your performance can influence success in these areas.
  • Participate in the development and achievement of the team ‘s plans and targets.
  • To act as a professional and positive role model to other team members

Basic Salary: £24,000pa, with an additional £12,000pa potential commission/performance bonus (OTE £36,000 pa).
