Prosper Recruitment are looking for ‘stand out candidates’ who excel at building trust and delivering amazing results through their sales team who are trained create exceptional client experiences.
This is a non active sales role, your focus will be on training new recruits and managing elite sales professionals to be the welcoming face of the company, providing top-tier, non-clinical consultations on treatments and financing options in an atmosphere designed to make clients feel pampered and supported.
Job Overview:
As Sales Manager you will hold a crucial leadership role, overseeing multiple teams of inside sales specialists (comprising 8-13 agents per team). This non-active sales position focuses on the personal development of your team members through effective onboarding, comprehensive training, performance management, and driving high levels of engagement. You will closely collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure exceptional service and support customers through your sales team, particularly during challenging sales situations where your specialists seek assistance in closing sales and “second facing”.
