Description

What you will do: The Call Centre Staff will work with the Rec Room management team, and venue operations. The Call Centre staff are responsible for handling guest inquiries, supporting the reservations system for the venue, and assisting with Groups and Events coordination. In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): · Act as the liaison between the Groups & Events teams, guests who want to book group rentals and employees. Manage the day to day booking of events as applicable. · Receive and route customer questions and phone calls related to the venue, to the appropriate parties. · Reviewing and replying to general emails including booking requests and guest inquiries, directing concerns to the appropriate parties. · Support the reservation system (Open Table) for the venue, managing the physical assigning of tables/rental spaces. As requested, work with the venue management team to organize and prepare for group rentals. Collaborate with the Groups and Events corporate team. Responsibilities
