We are looking for a Developer / DevOps Engineer to join our teams and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of applications that meet business needs This role follows the French Calendar and CET working hours. Scope of Work: Enable business lines to meet their challenges in the critical area of customer relations, while staying within budget, maintaining quality, and meeting fixed milestones. Profile Sought Professional with expertise in: IT tools and technologies Design, configuration, implementation, development, maintenance, and problem resolution of standard or client-specific customised software applications Software development, deployment, and support life cycles Writing technical specifications, technical design documents, and requirement analysis Furthermore, they should demonstrate: Competencies in state-of-the-art methodologies for software development (e.g., Agile). Ability to comprehend logical database models and their impact/interconnections on the application and overall architecture Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain applications in line with business requirements. Ensure stability, performance, and quality throughout the software lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications. Contribute in an Agile/Scrum environment, promoting collaboration and innovation Technologies Covered: Databases & Processing: DB2, Oracle, SAS, ETL Languages & Tools: Cobol, JCL, PL/SQL, DataStage, Microstrategy Expected Competencies: Strong experience in application development and DevOps practices. Knowledge of both traditional and modern software development tools. Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
