We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Call Handler/Assistant Administrator to this new role, to join our Mental Health Administration Service. This assistant admin role is specifically to support our ADHD Service clinicians.
As the Call Handler/Assistant Administrator, you will work closely with our small team of dedicated professionals as we seek to support adults across South Staffordshire experiencing ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). We are a supportive team, who are passionate about delivering excellent care as well as promoting staff wellbeing.
Ideally you would hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and/or experience, however this is not essential as full training is given. We support training and ambition with many of our Call Handler/ Admin Assistants having been successful in achieving promotional posts within our Service or the wider Trust.
To be successful in this role you will be required be organised, professional and adaptable with a sound level of written and spoken English.
