Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Our Call Handler will be the first point of contact for many calls to the resort, and as such give an outstanding first impression of friendly and efficient guest service. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills and will be confident in multitasking, being able to assist internal and external guests.

KEY THINGS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls providing warm friendly exceptional guest service
  • Provision of resort and local information
  • Courtesy calls and recording of guest preferences and requirements
  • Liaison and communication around various departments
  • Printing and distribution of reports and supporting front office administration tasks
  • Providing support to reception, including check in a check out of guests on occassion
  • Using a variety of systems including Microsoft Office, Opera, HotSOS, Bartech and VingCard
  • Holiday coverage as a shop assistant for the Wee Shop which sits as part of the front of house team
