ABOUT THE ROLE

At Careium UK, purpose meets progress. Every call you take will make a real difference in someone’s life. As part of our Out of Hours team, you’ll be the first point of contact for urgent issues that can’t wait until morning.
We’re looking for flexible Call Handler to join our Blackburn-based team. You’ll support councils and housing associations by following their procedures and responding to a wide range of emergencies, from homelessness and urgent repairs to dangerous structures and more

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Handling emergencies: Assess and manage urgent situations with speed and empathy
  • Documenting calls: Accurately record all interactions using our systems
  • Taking swift action: Respond promptly to customer needs and information
  • Providing support: Guide callers through basic troubleshooting steps
