JOB SUMMARY

Beefy’s skips are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of part time Maternity Cover for a duration of 5 months. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our team during this transitional period. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyse data effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Booking in Skips, liaising with drivers and customers via the telephone and other admin duties.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in upselling or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be flexible with hours to cover sickness and holidays
