MONDAY - FRIDAY 22.5 HOURS PER WEEK 2.00PM - 6.30PM

We are seeking a dedicated receptionist/call handler/administrator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience both face to face and on the telephone

Responsibilities

You will be expected to be the first point of contact at the surgery and to deal with patients and other health care providers in a professional and polite manner. As part of your role you will be taking telephone calls at this very busy surgery and directing the caller as appropriate.
You will also be working on our front desk greeting all visitors to the practice.
As part of your role you will be expected to call patients with updates from our clinical team as well as carrying out various other administrative duties.
Candidates must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own in a fast paced environment.
Additional hours may be available to cover annual leave and sickness.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
