REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in telesales, call center, or B2B lead generation preferred
• Ability to work full-time: 8 hours/day, 5–6 days/week
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Call Operators / Appointment Setters to work with verified databases of oil & gas companies. Your main responsibility will be to contact procurement managers and decision makers, introduce our equipment, and set appointments to generate business inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to oil & gas companies (100-120+ per day)
• Send cooperation proposals via e-mail (templates provided)
• Record call results and track lead status (interested, rejected, follow-up)
• Forward qualified leads to management team
• Enter all data into CRM/spreadsheets and maintain the sales funnel
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
