  • Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Computer competence

  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Candidate must reside in Canada (outside of Ontario)
  • Customer service experience
