CALL QUALITY ANALYST

• Evaluate recorded calls based on various criteria.
• Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
• Creates monthly reports based on their findings/observations

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Computer competence
• Comfortable using AI Tools

• Effective oral and written communication skills,
• Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
• Candidate must reside in Canada (outside of Ontario)
• Customer service experience
