M Roles Available

• Baristas – confident with coffee-making, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure while keeping quality high.
• Café All-Rounders – helping on the floor, behind the counter, and with general service. A can-do attitude is more important than prior experience. Free barista training for those interested in diversifying their skillset.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality (barista or front of house) is great, but not essential – training provided for the right people.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Reliability and ability to work weekends (we’ll work with you on rostering).

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
