About the role As a Calypso Automation Test Lead, you will make an impact by driving quality assurance and automation for key Banking and Financial Services (BFS) projects. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. In this role, you will: Lead and execute test automation strategies using Calypso/CATT tools Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and testing processes Work closely with customers to provide timely status updates and ensure alignment with business goals Apply Agile methodologies to manage testing cycles and deliverables Coordinate across team landscapes to ensure effective communication and delivery Work model: We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered: 8+ yrs. of QA experience with : Strong hands-on experience in Calypso/CATT test automation Solid understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies Proven ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate effectively Experience in client communication and reporting Good domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills These will help you stand out: Experience in end-to-end automation frameworks Exposure to large-scale BFS transformation programs Ability to proactively identify and resolve testing bottlenecks Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation tools Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills We’re excited to meet professionals who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
