Description
The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for the operational effectiveness of everything our client experiences across the bars and cabana service processes. With a staff of more than 20 young workers, the supervisor is a leader, mentor and advisor. This role requires at class G drivers licence. This role requires BILINGUAL, French and English.

Tasks

  • Manage and mentor team leaders and bartenders to achieve the departmental goals for the season.
  • Accountable for balanced floats and reconciliation as well as alcohol inventory and logs.
  • Manage aggressive or assertive guests
  • Hire, train and mentor staff
  • Ensure staff are aware of the Calypso Alcohol policies
  • Develop and distribute work schedule
  • Ensure sufficient staff is available at all times to accommodate high volume demands as they happen.
  • Correct punch entries every day to ensure accurate resource budgeting
  • Ensure your staff is setting a high standard, eg. Uniforms, no cell phones, customer interactions.

Experience
Must be 18 years old with class-G licence to drive golf carts
Previous experience handling and balancing cash
Leadership or mentoring experience
Ability to focus on task at hand and prioritize work
Profound understanding of excellence in customer service.
