Job Description General Objective To support the sourcing business by ensuring that our products are sourced from suppliers and factories that respect local labor and social compliance laws. To build long term partnership with suppliers/factories and looking for continuous improvement. Qualifications Main tasks Arrange weekly audit schedule Conduct routine assigned social compliance audits Review factories compliance and prepare audit report Follow up suppliers’ corrective action plan Maintain and update records for compliance program Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal business partners and external suppliers and factories Regularly review the compliance progress with suppliers and business team Alert team members for any compliance trend in the market Assist in the compliance projects implementation Additional Information Profile of the Holder - Training and experience: University graduate; knowledge of labor and social compliance in China; minimum 5 years relevant working experience - Soft Skills: - Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to drive results - High ethical standards - Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordinating skills - Ability to work in a collaborative environment - High proficiency in written/spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English - Willingness and ability to travel frequently to China - A strong team player
