JOB DESCRIPTION:

Star Gallery Mart is hiring an experienced Camera IT Technician & Salesperson who can both sell and install security camera systems (CCTV, IP cameras, DVR/NVR). The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, have technical installation skills, and a strong background in customer interaction and product sales. Candidate must be willing to work in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi, depending on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in camera installation and sales in the UAE.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Skilled in configuring DVR/NVR systems, running cables, setting up IP configurations.
• Experience dealing directly with clients and explaining technical products.
• Must be willing to relocate between Al Ain and Abu Dhabi branches when required.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

• Sell security camera systems and explain product specifications to customers.
• Install and configure surveillance camera systems (CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras).
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for installations.
• Conduct site surveys and suggest camera placement for optimal coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and customer service calls.
• Stay up to date with the latest camera and surveillance technologies.
