Vital Asset Risk Management offers specialized security solutions throughout Calgary and Edmonton, with a strong emphasis on construction site security, CCTV monitoring, and risk management services. We are expanding our operations and seeking motivated, hands-on technicians to support our field camera systems.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Camera Maintenance Technician based in Edmonton and Calgary. This role involves travelling to various client sites to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our CCTV cameras remain fully operational.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage compensation provided).
• Comfortable with ladder work and using basic power tools.
• General knowledge of technology, especially CCTV or security systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Travel to sites across Calgary and/or Edmonton to maintain and adjust CCTV cameras.
• Charge and swap batteries on solar-powered camera units.
• Move and reposition cameras as required.
• Diagnose and address technical issues with cameras and related equipment.
• Safely climb ladders and use power tools for camera setup and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of camera servicing and movements.
