JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Camera Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and possess a strong technical background in video production. This role involves capturing high-quality footage for various projects, including promotional videos, events, and other multimedia content. The Camera Operator will work closely with directors and producers to ensure that the vision of each project is realized through compelling visuals.
This individual will shoot video content for Dolo’s wide range of productions — from interviews and short films to branded recaps and highlight reels. Must understand framing, lighting, and basic audio. A plus if they can work solo or with minimal crew and are comfortable shooting in dynamic environments like events or outdoor sets. Drone operation is a bonus. Versatile and reliable with a solid reel. Knows how to capture moments with emotion and intention — especially in non-traditional or unpredictable spaces. Must be comfortable shooting both solo and as part of a team. Quick on their feet, respectful with clients/talent, and deadline driven.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in video production techniques, including filming and videography.
  • Strong experience with video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics creation and post-production processes.
  • Knowledge of photography principles and experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for visual composition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
