Description

Band 6 Practitioner Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Are you a nurse, social worker or occupational therapist looking for a new career challenge?
We are looking for people to apply who have a clear passion to want to make a difference, are motivated and enthused about working with young people and families. We are a service that is known for being creative and responsive to the needs of our young people, who no matter what level of need to support their emotional wellbeing and mental health receive the right support as they need it. This role will be based across south Warwickshire and we work from two bases (Leamington and Stratford-upon-Avon).
To work within a multidisciplinary team offering full comprehensive assessments and intervention in a range of settings and evaluate the mental health care to children, young people and their families in line with local and national guidelines.
To provide regular and on-going consultation, joint work, training and advice to other agency staff in relation to child and adolescent mental health to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
At Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT), we deliver a wide range of physical, mental health, learning disability and autism services, and are proud to serve communities across Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond.
We put ‘people at our heart’; this ethos is at the centre of everything we do and how we do it. We care for our staff and colleagues as much as they care for others and offer a wide range of benefits and development opportunities.
