Are you passionate about business aviation and ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness? We are looking for a CAMO Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in managing the airworthiness and compliance of our fleet of business jets. This position will be based in our Luxembourg office, starting on September 1, 2025.
About the Role:
As a CAMO Engineer, you will assist the NPCA in maintenance coordination and planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will have direct access to the ACM to keep them informed on compliance and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage aircraft maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance, inspections, and component replacements.
  • Monitor aircraft performance and reliability data.
  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness directives and aviation regulations.
  • Manage aircraft records and documentation.
  • Liaise with MROs, OEMs, and third-party service providers.
  • Participate in AOG duty to support unscheduled maintenance events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in CAMO, aircraft maintenance, or airworthiness management.
  • Knowledge of business jet systems and regulatory requirements (EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO).
  • Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems and reliability monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Falcon 8X and Falcon 900 operations is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in airworthiness and maintenance software (CAMP).

Additional Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years as a Technician or Planner in a Part-145 organization, or 1 year in a CAMO with complex motor-powered aircraft.
  • Training provided by Luxaviation to ensure competency in Part-M and Part-CAMO tasks.
