Job Description Coordinate Offshore and Onshore Medical and Safety Training in line with HR instructions, including liaison with service providers. Oversee and ensure smooth camp check-in and check-out processes for all employees. Liaise with the camp team to manage gate pass card enrollment during check-in and card deletion during check-out. Manage PPE coordination in collaboration with the project team. Organize and monitor food arrangements for employees working in Abu Dhabi city and residing in the camp. Ensure employees adhere to company policies and standards, including monitoring for compliance with rules regarding alcohol consumption and other prohibited activities. Support the HR team in preparing and verifying joining documents for new employees. Prepare and maintain camp idle team timesheets, coordinating with the project team as required. Coordinate employee mobilization in alignment with HR and project requirements. Manage transportation arrangements with the Logistics Team for employee mobilization to project sites. Arrange transportation for employees returning from leave and for outgoing employees. During Client Camp inspection support for documentation and arrange internal camp documents from Camp Team. Conduct routine inspections of camp facilities to ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained (e.g., pest control, cleaning, and sanitation). Provide timely reports on camp occupancy, employee issues, and operational challenges. Liaise with Line manager / HR regarding workforce movements and camp requirements. Address employee concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, hygiene standards, and local regulations. Conduct regular camp inspections and address any non-conformities. Implement and monitor fire safety, emergency response, and health protocols. Coordinate with HSE team during audits and inspections. Supervise camp staff including catering, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Coordinate with catering and facility management contractors to ensure service quality. Handle staff issues, complaints, and welfare concerns professionally. Ensure proper duty rosters and manpower availability. Maintain records related to occupancy, consumables, assets, and inventory. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly camp status reports. Monitor camp-related costs and support budget control. Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Project teams on camp requirements. Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities. Ensure availability of potable water and safe food handling practices. Qualifications Higher Secondry/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). 5–10 years of experience as Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor / Camp Administrator. Experience in construction, oil & gas, or remote site camps. Good knowledge of camp management, hygiene standards, and HSE requirements. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
