Camp Widjiwagan of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee is Now Hiring for a Camp Boat Driver Position Type: Seasonal – Summer 2026 Pay: $105 /day Minimum Age to Apply: 18 Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 5 PM Are you ready to spend your summer on the water? We’re looking for a Camp Boat Driver to join our team at the Joe C. Davis YMCA Outdoor Center! This position offers the perfect mix of adventure, teamwork, and leadership. What You’ll Do: As a Boat Driver, you’ll safely operate watercraft for activities like banana boating, skiing, wakeboarding, and pontoon rides. You’ll ensure the safety of campers and staff, maintain the boat fleet, and make sure every camper has an unforgettable aquatic experience. What You Need: Minimum Age: 18 Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: One year of boat driving and general water safety required Certifications: CPR/First Aid/AED, NASBLA boater’s license, and Camp Ski School Boat Training (we’ll help with certification if needed).
