Role & Responsibilities: * Coordinate with Personnel and Administration department to get updates about laws, rules and regulations and implement the same. * Keeps abreast with latest local governmental and legal requirements affecting labor camps to ensure Company compliance. * Responsible for introducing, developing and assuring the implementation of procedures, methods and policies to reduce costs and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the division/department. * Responsible for development, implementation and continuous update of accommodation operation procedure and standards. * Prepares division/department's yearly budget, tracks expenses on regular basis and makes proactive corrections when needed. * Follow up and ensure worker transport to all projects within agreed timing and as per budget occupancy of buses * Participates in labor committee meetings and suggests action plans. * Responsible for checking, negotiating, renting and renewing accommodation contracts/leases. * Prepare, maintain and ensure up-to-date records of Camp Assets. * Checks and verify the compliance of the labor camp with Amana Minimum Accommodation Standards on day-to-day basis and oversees its safety, security, tidiness and maintenance. * Responsible for assuring proper interaction with non-staff residing in camp (implementation of the company policies and procedures at the labor camps, induction orientation, communication and notice boards, etc.) * Ensure and monitor room allotment as per Company policy and legal requirements and as per budget occupancy percent. * Works with the management team to create, manage and reconcile annual budget. * Leads onsite induction training for staff and subordinates. * Schedules, supervises and evaluates program staff, providing support and disciplinary measures when necessary. * Conducts periodic inspections of all camp property, buildings, systems, and vehicles ensuring mechanical soundness and cleanliness. * Responsible for responding appropriately to facility emergencies. * Ensure all accommodation residents are as per company housing procedure and meet legal requirements. * Demonstrates an open-minded approach to understanding and working with people from diverse backgrounds while treating them fairly and consistently with dignity and respect. * Identifies potential camp boss/camp assistants, trains and develops them.   Qualifications and Skills:  * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field * Minimum of 5 years’ experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills   What makes a true AMANAian?
