JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a labor camp in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UAE experience in managing camp facilities and ensuring the well-being, safety, and discipline of all camp residents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor regulations and health/safety practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multicultural workforce.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
