QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred3
• 3–5 years of experience in camp management or labor coordination
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and Dubai Municipality standards
• Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English is often required
• Ability to operate and maintain kitchen and grounds equipment

• Camp Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the labor camp, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with municipal standards Conduct regular inspections of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Maintain pest control, waste disposal, and hygiene protocols
• Staff Supervision & Coordination
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff Coordinate with HR, Admin, and PRO for onboarding, leave schedules, and government procedures Manage transportation logistics for site mobilization and employee movements
• Health & Safety Compliance Ensure fire safety, water treatment, and sanitation systems are maintained per AMC contracts Report health incidents (e.g., contagious diseases, food poisoning) to HR and health authorities Organize fire drills and health awareness events
• Inventory & Financial Management
• Maintain records of camp supplies, uniforms, safety gear, and petty cash Raise purchase requests (PRs) for camp materials and manage distribution of new joiner kits Prepare timesheets and monthly reports (e.g., LPG usage, waste management costs)
• Grievance Handling & Discipline Address resident complaints and enforce camp rules Report absenteeism and disciplinary issues to HR Ensure proper documentation and evidence for any incidents
