Zell Industries is a well-established forest industry company who has been in business for 35+ years, with operations in Northern and West Central Alberta. We are currently looking for a Full Time Camp Cook & Cleaner at our Elk River Operations. The rotation will be 2 weeks in and 1 week out. Accommodations and food provided on site.

Qualifications:

• Food Safe Certificate required
• Camp Cook experience an asset
• Hotel/Banquet cooking as asset
• Housekeeping duties an asset
• Must work well with minimal assistant & supervision

Requirements:

• Responsible for meal preparation/menu planning
• Responsible for packed lunch meal preparation
• Inventory: ordering, quality control & following pre-set budgets
• Ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the kitchen & dining facility
• Ensure cleanliness of facility, dorm rooms & bathrooms
• Assist Camp Cook when required
• Responsible for equipment maintenance & reporting any repairs required
